In these times of uncertainty, the Lambda Theta Alpha Foundation is deeply committed to supporting our community. In 2020, we launched our Covid-19 Relief Stipends for humanitarian relief during this time of hardship, prioritizing displaced individuals and those needing support to sustain life due to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
Thanks to our supporters, we were poised to take immediate action in response to this pandemic. The magnitude and rapidly evolving nature of this national emergency is clear to the Foundation’s Board of Directors, led by a trained epidemiologist.

Based on a review of health department data, global trends, and recommendations from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we anticipate the need for humanitarian relief to extend beyond the coming months, especially among vulnerable populations. Now, more than ever, it is time to come together for those in need.
